I’m currently in the process of obtaining construction permits and need to schedule an Asbestos Survey for the following property:
4020 Galt Ocean Dr, Unit #802
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
The scope of work includes a kitchen renovation, where we will be partially demolishing a non-bearing wall to open the layout and replacing the cabinets and countertops. We will also be replacing the bedroom flooring, removing existing laminate flooring and installing hardwood floors.
